Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using FixBee (operated by SkillForge Global Pvt. Ltd.), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Platform

FixBee is an aggregator platform connecting homeowners with independent service professionals. We facilitate bookings but do not directly employ the professionals. Each professional is an independent contractor.

3. Bookings & Service

• Services are subject to professional availability in your area
• Pricing displayed is final — no hidden charges
• Additional work beyond the booked scope requires separate agreement
• 30-day warranty on all services — free rework if issue persists

4. Payments

• All prices in INR, inclusive of GST
• Pay after service via UPI, cash, cards, or wallets
• Prepayment required for large projects (painting, renovation)

5. Professional Conduct

All professionals are background-verified and trained. Any misconduct should be reported immediately for action.

6. Governing Law

Governed by laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

1. Unsatisfactory Service

• Report within 24 hours of service completion
• Free rework arranged within 48 hours
• If rework unsatisfactory: full refund processed

2. Prepaid Services

• Cancellation before professional arrives: Full refund
• Cancellation after professional arrives: Visiting charges (₹99-199) may apply

3. FixBee Plus Membership

• 14-day cooling-off period for full refund if unused
• No refund after 14 days

Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Bookings

• Free cancellation up to 1 hour before scheduled slot
• Late cancellation: ₹99 convenience fee may apply
• 3+ late cancellations in 30 days may restrict future bookings temporarily

2. Large Projects (Painting, Renovation)

• Free cancellation before work begins
• After work starts: Pro-rata billing for completed work

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Service Delivery

FixBee provides on-site services at your home. No physical goods are shipped. All services are delivered by verified professionals at your doorstep.

2. Service Timelines

• Same-Day: Book by 3 PM for same-day service (subject to availability)
• Scheduled: Choose any future date and time slot
• Emergency: 2-hour response for plumbing/electrical emergencies (₹149 extra)

3. Materials

For services requiring materials (paint, spare parts, cleaning supplies), materials are procured by the professional at MRP. Invoices provided.
